Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your Kream & Sugar account and associated data at any time. The fastest way is inside the app: Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete My Account.
If you no longer have the app installed, submit the form below and our team will verify ownership of the account and process the deletion.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, photos, and any verification images.
- Your matches, messages, and activity history.
- Your account record and login credentials.
Some records may be retained where required by law (e.g. transaction records for tax/fraud purposes, or safety records tied to a reported violation), as described in our Privacy Policy. If you have an active subscription purchased through the App Store or Google Play, cancel it in your store account — deleting your account here does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
