Law Enforcement Requests

This page is for sworn United States and Canadian law enforcement officers submitting legal process to Kream & Sugar Dating LLC. All requests are reviewed by our legal team and verified via an independent agency switchboard callback before any action is taken.

What we accept

• Subpoenas: basic subscriber information under 18 U.S.C. § 2703(c)(2)
• 2703(d) court orders: non-content records
• Search warrants: content of communications
• Preservation requests under 18 U.S.C. § 2703(f): 90-day preservation, renewable once
• Emergency disclosures under 18 U.S.C. § 2702(b)(8): imminent risk of death or serious bodily harm
• National Security Letters: handled per 18 U.S.C. § 2709 with applicable judicial review
• International requests: MLAT or Hague Convention process required

How to submit

2. Attach the signed legal process as a single PDF (max 25MB).
3. You will receive an acknowledgment email with a case reference and status-check URL within minutes.
4. Our legal team will independently verify your agency via its main public switchboard before processing.

What we will not do

• Disclose any user data without valid legal process (or a documented emergency under § 2702(b)(8)).
• Discuss the existence, scope, or content of any request via the public form or status page.
• Act on a request before completing our switchboard callback to confirm officer identity.

Data retention

We retain user-generated content per the timelines in our Privacy Policy. Reportable apparent CSAM is preserved for one year per the REPORT Act (2024) regardless of other retention rules.
