COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

A plain-language summary of the rules. The Terms and Privacy Policy hold the full legal text and control on conflict; these Guidelines are part of the Terms by reference.
WHO CAN USE
18+, reside in U.S. or Canada, real identity and photos, one account.
WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED
Conduct below leads to enforcement up to permanent removal (Terms § 4):
Harassment — threats, stalking, doxxing, hate speech, unwanted sexual contact after a no, coordinated targeting.
Inappropriate content — nudity, sexually explicit material, gore, self-harm content, anything involving or sexualizing minors, non-consensual intimate images, deepfakes.
Fraud — fake profiles, catfishing, romance scams, phishing, asking for money, selling accounts.
Commercial activity — sex work, escort services, sugar arrangements, sex for compensation; spam or advertising without written consent.
Off-platform pressure — pushing matches off the app, pressuring for contact, money, or sexual content.
Platform abuse — bots, scrapers, hacking, mass false reporting, ban evasion.
HOW MODERATION WORKS
Automated tools and human reviewers scan messages, voice chats, photos, and profile content in real time. Voice cafes are recorded and analyzed in short segments while you participate; a recording indicator and pre-session notice make this visible. A human reviewer makes the final call on every account-level action. We do not sell your content or let third parties train AI on it. Reports are confidential. See Terms § 4.2.5 and Privacy Policy §§ 5, 9.
STRIKES
Tiered strike-and-strikeout system (Terms § 11.7). Three strikes in a rolling four-week window = temporary suspension; repeats get longer; a third within ~three months is permanent. Severe content (e.g., minors) follows a faster track and may be permanent on first finding, after human review.
ZERO-TOLERANCE
Immediate permanent removal, no appeal (Terms § 11.6): threats of violence; disqualifying background or identity findings; fraud; chargebacks (use the in-app refund tool, or email admin@kreamandsugardating.com); soliciting or facilitating commercial sex or trafficking; account trafficking; hacking our systems; mass false reporting; serial refund abuse.
REPORTING AND APPEALS
Tap the report button on any profile, message, or voice chat — reports are confidential. You can also use Settings, Safety Center, Report a Problem, or email admin@kreamandsugardating.com. In immediate danger, contact local law enforcement first.
To appeal, email admin@kreamandsugardating.com with your name, account email, the action, and explanation. We respond within sixty (60) days. Zero-tolerance decisions are final.
CHANGES
We may update these Guidelines. Material changes trigger a re-acceptance prompt at next sign-in.
