A plain-language summary of the rules. The Terms and Privacy Policy hold the full legal text and control on conflict; these Guidelines are part of the Terms by reference.

WHO CAN USE

18+, reside in U.S. or Canada, real identity and photos, one account.

WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED

Conduct below leads to enforcement up to permanent removal (Terms § 4):

Harassment: threats, stalking, doxxing, hate speech, unwanted sexual contact after a no, coordinated targeting.

Inappropriate content: nudity, sexually explicit material, gore, self-harm content, anything involving or sexualizing minors, non-consensual intimate images, deepfakes.

Fraud: fake profiles, catfishing, romance scams, phishing, asking for money, selling accounts.

Commercial activity: sex work, escort services, sugar arrangements, sex for compensation; spam or advertising without written consent.

Off-platform pressure: pushing matches off the app, pressuring for contact, money, or sexual content.

Platform abuse: bots, scrapers, hacking, mass false reporting, ban evasion.

CHILD SAFETY STANDARDS

Kream and Sugar has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). The Service is strictly for adults 18 and older.

We prohibit any content or conduct that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, solicits, or depicts a minor — real, simulated, drawn, or AI-generated (Terms § 4.2.2). We use age verification and automated plus human review, and accounts detected or self-declared as belonging to a minor are removed.

Report CSAE the moment you see it: tap Report on any profile, message, or voice chat; use Settings, Safety Center, Report a Problem; or email our designated child-safety contact at [email protected]. In an emergency, contact local law enforcement first.

Confirmed CSAE results in immediate permanent removal with no appeal, and is reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and, as required, to law enforcement, in compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and applicable child-safety laws.

TRAFFICKING AND SEXUAL VIOLENCE

We do not condone human sex trafficking, sexual assault, or any other associated illegal activity, on or off the platform, and we have zero tolerance for it. Any instance we become aware of will be reported to the proper authorities, and we cooperate fully with law enforcement. If you experience or witness any of this, report it in the app and, in an emergency, contact local law enforcement first. The National Human Trafficking Hotline is available 24/7 at 1-888-373-7888. RAINN's National Sexual Assault Hotline is 1-800-656-4673.

HOW MODERATION WORKS

Automated tools screen messages, photos, and profile text before they are accepted, and voice messages before delivery. Your voice is not continuously analyzed unless you have turned on voice analysis; for moderation purposes, your voice can be analyzed if you report someone or someone reports you. Automated systems may apply strikes, suspensions, or bans; the most serious cases are escalated to our team, and our team can review and reverse automated actions. We do not sell your content or let third parties train AI on it. Reports are confidential. See Terms § 4.2.5 and Privacy Policy §§ 2.1.4, 5, 6.

STRIKES

Tiered strike-and-strikeout system (Terms § 11.7). Three strikes in a rolling four-week window = temporary suspension; repeats get longer; a third within ~three months is permanent. Severe content (e.g., minors) follows a faster track and may be permanent on first finding, after human review.

ZERO-TOLERANCE

Immediate permanent removal, no appeal (Terms § 11.6): threats of violence; disqualifying background or identity findings; fraud; filing chargebacks instead of using our refund tools (use the in-app refund tool first, or email [email protected], which is also what card issuers recommend before disputing); soliciting or facilitating commercial sex or trafficking; account trafficking; hacking our systems; mass false reporting; serial refund abuse.

REPORTING AND APPEALS

Tap the report button on any profile, message, or voice chat. Reports are confidential. You can also use Settings, Safety Center, Report a Problem, or email [email protected]. In immediate danger, contact local law enforcement first.

To appeal, email [email protected] with your name, account email, the action, and explanation. We respond within sixty (60) days. Zero-tolerance decisions are final.

CHANGES

We may update these Guidelines. Material changes trigger a re-acceptance prompt at next sign-in.
